About the position
We’re looking for a Director of HR to lead our HR and People Operations during a 7-month maternity leave. With a growing team of 50+ team members in IL the US and across several countries, you’ll play a key role in maintaining our people strategy, supporting our managers, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines strategic HRBP work, talent acquisition, people operations, and team management.

Responsibilities
- Serve as an active member of the management team, advising on people-related matters, organizational communications, culture, company climate, and change management.
- Lead and mentor the local HR and Operations team in Israel, managing their priorities, workload, and professional growth.
- Oversee all US-based HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee check-ins, compliance, benefits administration and offboarding.
- Define and drive the global talent acquisition strategy, employer branding, and recruitment processes, collaborating with different stakeholders around the team.
- Act as an HR Business Partner to leadership and managers on organizational planning, performance, compensation, benefits, and employee development.
- Oversee HR operations management, including facilities, vendors, leases, IT coordination, and the HR & Ops budget while driving employee experience and culture initiatives.
- Foster a healthy, inclusive culture, acting as a trusted advisor to both leadership and employees on all aspects of the people experience.
Requirements
- Over 6 years of senior HR leadership experience, preferably in high-growth startup or scale-up environments.
- Proven ability to think strategically and align people strategy with business objectives and outcomes.
- Track record of driving people strategy while staying hands-on and execution-focused.
- Proven end-to-end HR practice management in the US: hiring, compliance, working with payroll providers, and serving as an HRBP.
- Experience managing and developing HR and Operations teams.
- Strong understanding of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices in both the US and Israel.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- High integrity, discretion, and ability to operate with professionalism.
- Available to start immediately.
