We are seeking an exceptional Senior UX/UI Product Designer to help shape and craft a product that's simple, intuitive, and data-driven. You’ll join our Product Team based in Tel Aviv, Israel.

- Hands-on experience working with ChatGPT or other generative AI tools to design, prototype, or optimize user experiences
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end user experiences – from early prototypes to final implementation – while ensuring our products and features are valuable, intuitive, and executed at the highest level of craft.
- Leverage strong communication and collaboration skills to work within dynamic, fast-paced, cross-functional teams. Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Marketing to deliver seamless user experiences with a premium look and feel.
- Contribute to strategic decisions shaping the future direction of Harmonya’s products.
- Define, craft, and evolve designs within our visual and design systems.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience designing and shipping complex systems/platforms, building data-driven end-user experiences.
- Proven experience delivering 0→1 products from concept to launch
- Strong ownership of both UX and UI aspects of the design process.
- Hands-on experience working closely with Product, Engineering, and Content teams in a collaborative environment.
- Ability to adapt, switch gears, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and maintain a positive, can-do attitude.
- Proficiency in Figma – mandatory.
